ANGELO ROMANO, Master Chef and Owner of Paradiso Risorante, has accumulated and honed his culinary skills by working at a wide range of luxurious resort towns including the Italian Riviera, island of Capri, Anacapri, the island of Bermuda and our very own Palm Beach. Through his experiences he learned to appeal to the most finicky of palates and please the fancies of vacationing diners venturing out to taste something extraordinary. Chef Angelo’s culinary roots trace back to his early childhood, as he was born into a family of Italian olive oil and wine producers. His background has influenced Angelo’s desire to include only the freshest ingredients in his menu selections. He was only fourteen years old when he was chosen for a summer job at the restaurant Faraglioni, located on Capri, the island know for its mouthwatering Mediterranean cuisine. There he learned tricks of the trade from the best chefs of Northern Italy, France and Switzerland. Angelo’s passion and enthusiasm for his restaurants and Italian cuisine have earned him two long-running successful dining establishments with superlative reputations in an industry that is notoriously fickle in its tastes. “The first thought I have in the morning is about how I am going to make my restaurant better,” says Chef Angelo.

Caro Angelo,
I was supposed to go and see Ugo, Eva, Anna, Chris and the rest of the Family in Italy this week for the New Year but unfortunately/fortunately the office got in the way. I guess it is not the worst problem to have your company taking-off. You know just as well as I do as that is what happened to Paradiso Restaurant; it took-off to be a GREAT success!!
I will be in to see you this evening as I am out to get the next best thing from actually eating in Capri with Family; Paradiso Restaurant!
Thank you for all your wonderful efforts!!!
Grazie & Buon Anno!
